The Properties and Planning Committee, in cooperation with the CAO, has responsibility for the review and recommendation to Council of the building permit applications, consideration of matters concerned with the zoning and subdivision of land, investigation into complaints of unsightly premises, issues concerned with signage within the Community, and for Community property maintenance concerns that are brought to its attention for discussion and recommendation.
