Permit fees for late filing of a permit application or starting construction without a permit will result in doubling of fees charged.

 

The minimum fees for all variance, amendment and rezoning applications will be collected when application is filed.

 

All fees for subdivisions and or lot consolidations will be collected when application is filed. 

Building

 

Residential New (including additions)                $0.15 per sq. ft.(minimum of $40.00)

 

Residential Repairs Alterations                                      $2.00 per $1000.00
